Weekly cashback: 3%, 5% or 7% of your net losses

Cashback is the reward that most clearly follows your tier. We track your net losses in eligible casino games across a full week, then credit the cashback automatically. Levels 1 to 3 earn 3%, levels 4 to 8 earn 5%, and from level 9 upwards the rate is 7%.

Net loss means everything you wagered in the week minus everything you won back. The tracking week runs from Monday midday to the following Monday just before midday, and the payment lands each Monday at midday without you asking for it. You need a net loss of at least £100 in the week to qualify, and the most any single week can pay is £100.

A worked example

Say you are on level 6, so your rate is 5%. Over the week you stake £3,000 on slots and win £2,400 back. Your net loss is £600, and 5% of that is £30, credited the following Monday at midday. If the same week had left you £2,500 down, 5% would come to £125, so you would receive the £100 weekly maximum instead.

Cashback arrives as a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. On that £30 credit, that means £300 of wagering. Slots count 100% towards it, while live dealer, jackpot and table games count 0%, and the stake ceiling while a bonus is active is £5 per round. Clear the £300 on slots at £1 a spin and you are looking at 300 spins.
